Order Processing
As a small, family-run business, we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours whenever possible. However, as all our fudge is handmade in small batches, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch from the date of purchase.

Christmas & New Year Delivery Notice:
Orders placed between 26th December 2025 & 1st January 2026 may be affected by Bank Holiday opening, but we’ll always do our best to get your fudge on it's way!

We offer delivery options via Royal Mail. Tracking details will be emailed once your order is on its way.

USA Shipping
We ship to the USA via Tracked International MP7 (5–7 working days).

Packaging & Product Care
Your fudge is securely packed in a protective inner box, then placed inside a sturdy outer mailer to help ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We recommend storing your fudge in a cool, dry place once received.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but hasn’t reached you, please contact us at help@thefinestfudgeco.co.uk. We'll work with you to find a suitable resolution—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or another solution.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if something’s not right with your order, please get in touch—we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Holiday & Seasonal Shipping
We don’t typically change our shipping options or pricing during peak seasons. If a specific cut-off date applies for pre-holiday delivery, we’ll share it on our website and social media channels.
