Fudge FAQs
How long does shipping take?
We’re a small team making every batch fresh to order — stirring, cutting, wrapping, and packing by hand. Orders are usually dispatched within 5–7 working days. Once your order is placed, we get straight to work.
Are your fudges halal or vegetarian friendly?
Our original fudge recipe is halal and vegetarian friendly. Some flavours may contain gelatine or alcohol. For clarification, email help@thefinestfudgeco.co.uk.
Is your fudge safe if I have an allergy?
If you have an allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm suitability. If you do not contact us first, we strongly advise against purchasing.
I used the wrong address. What should I do?
Double-check your delivery details before payment. We cannot make changes once an order is processed and printed. We cannot accept responsibility for address errors, but you may be able to resolve this with Royal Mail. Tip: make sure your Apple Pay or Google Pay details are up to date.
Who do I contact if I need help?
Email help@thefinestfudgeco.co.uk. Lara replies Monday to Friday. Please avoid sending multiple emails about the same query, as this can slow things down.
Can you freeze the fudge?
Yes. Freeze it well wrapped and let it thaw slowly before eating.
What if my parcel is left in a safe place?
Once your fudge leaves us, it is with Royal Mail. If you choose a “safe place,” please note this can affect quality, especially if the parcel is left outside for a few days or in the heat. We cannot be responsible for what happens after delivery.
What if my fudge arrives melted or damaged in transit?
If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please send photos of the packaging and the fudge. We will arrange a return. In warmer months, try to be home to receive your delivery to avoid parcels sitting in the sun.
How long does your fudge last?
Up to 2 months when stored correctly.
My fudge has been stored for a few weeks and feels a little dry. What should I do?
No stress. Just trim off any dry edges and enjoy the rest. When stored right, our fudge stays soft, smooth, and delicious for up to 2 months.
What is the calorie count?
It varies by flavour. As a guide, around 525 kcal per 100g.
How should I store my fudge?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
